www.weilerpalma.com is an Internet domain owned by GUIDO PIRMIN WEILER with Spanish tax number (NIE) X2657254H and address in C / San Miguel 68A – 4º, 07002 Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands / Spain (hereinafter referred to as “the Owner”).

The Owner is German lawyer (Bar Association of Freiburg) and Spanish lawyer (Bar Association of Madrid collegiate No. C73676). Even though he is approved in Germany and based in Spain, he is accredited within his corresponding professional titles in Germany as well in Spain.

Acceptance and availability of the General Conditions of Use

By accessing the Website, the User (any person accessing it) declares that they have read and agree to these Conditions. In any case, the General Conditions of Use contained herein are compulsory and binding; any person who does not accept these conditions should not use the Website and / or services promoted by the Owner through it. These Conditions of Use do not constitute any, agreement of partnership, instruction, license, or relationship of employment between the Owner and the User.

These present conditions regulate the use of this Website, the Owner provides these conditions for the users who access the site with the aim of giving information regarding services and/or those of third party collaborators.
